I am early for everything, but this time everyone else was late. This gave me a little more time than usual to take in my surroundings, and more importantly - happy hour bargains. Barramundi Bar has some great offers for those of you who just *need* that after work drink. Or two. Or three. You've got three dollar well drinks, three dollar beers and $1 off everything else. There is nothing to complain about.

Pair cheap drinks with awesome staff and an eclectic and warm environment? I'm sold. The bartender (Miki) was incredibly friendly. As the crowd grew larger she wasn't fazed (Which is impressive, as I think Yelpers are pretty intimidating in their drinking habits) in the slightest. The bar is decorated with mardi gras beads galore, but my favorite touch was definitely the naked Barbie doll with her legs parted sitting atop a lamp. I think that Barramundi, even after just one visit, has become one of my favorite bars in the LES. It definitely lacks the pretension and hype of many other establishments in the vicinity. Which is, for lack of a better word, AWESOME!

Awesome, awesome, awesome Bar! Barramundi is a great spot in the LES. Me and my friends come here for Happy Hour often, every time we come its a great experience. The booths are very cool to hang in. Come and enjoy the experience of Barramundi!

The perfect atmosphere. It seems to have just enough people to make things interesting, but not too many douchebags. There are 2 different kinds of Sangria- the white one is wonderful! Love this place.
